I came to do three passports renewal and I was helped by a very nice lady, my experience here in orilla is very positive, despite some of the previous reviews that I’ve read.

Arrived on Wednesday Jan 18 @ 6:50am and left at 8:45am. When I left the line, there was at least 50 people standingI was the second person in line then slowly between 7:00am to 7:30am the line stretched to the door. I learned that this Service Canada office doesn’t service express passports, so Canada post will be delivering it.I recommend showing up early, everyone is polite. If you are in a last minute rush don’t come here go to the main passport office and get there earlyThings to note- one person in line, doesn’t mean they are only submitting one passport application. From what I heard one person was applying for 6 people- apparently there are only a limited amount passports issued per day per location- booking an appointment online is possible, just need to keep hitting refresh. Met a person who booked next day appointment but took a few days to catch an appointment.- be nice and friendly and you’ll receive the same respect back

Ei canada is a joke now i was in trades school for 2 months and my last ei check was sapost too be in today and it was canceled not happy and i pay into this out of my own check every month

Worst E.I office I've ever been to. Constantly making mistakes behind the desks. Delaying even more, what is already a long process and wait for people to get their much needed benefits.No one is ever held accountable for their mistakes. No matter how many times someone needs to re-enter their office to have their mistakes corrected.

After multiple attempts to apply, had to use another computer and browser, finally got past step 1 only to be advised that my company did not qualify as we had no employees. This is incorrect and have filed a T4. impossible to reach anyone via phone that can help. Sent 2 emails with no response. This program is a joke and a waste of taxpayers money.

Their website is down so there is no way to contact them.

I would like to thank Ms. Arlene Munroe and the entire team of Mr. Colin Carrie for assisting us with my father's PR renewal application. We've been waiting for his renewed PR card for more than 10 months. She consistently inquired about the status of the application and promptly updated us about the developments until we received his new PR card today. Ms. Arlene thanks so much for all your help and time, it truly means a lot. We greatly appreciate your help.

I was told I might be able to access my r.o.e at service Canada on alloy drive, when I went there the guy standing in the lobby (security) wouldn’t let me go in, and even inquire. He said that they don’t do that there, so I was wondering if anyone got theirs from there before? Could of went to the company but I just needed them quickly instead of waiting for them in the mail. (Company wasn’t Thunder Bay)
